RE: Planned Support IN: Town Square

Hi ComputerDiva

Sorry, we understand completely. This wasn’t undertaken lightly, the timing was forced by a severe operating system bug which started to affect many servers at the same time. There are more details in the blog post

Thanks for understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.

RE: Problem loading pages IN: Town Square

Hi grogers

Are you using AdBlock? I have heard reports of similar issues with this plugin. Feel free to email me your details (which browser, which plugins are enabled) at warwick@getharvest.com if you like.

Best,

RE: CNAME redirect to access harvest from within company domain IN: Feature Requests

Hi Joel and macsamurai

There are two different types of “redirects” possible here.

The first is simple where a script or page on your systems redirects/rewrites “harvest.yourdomain.com” to “yourdomain.harvestapp.com”. This should be very easy to setup on your side and requires no specific Harvest support.

The second is more complex where Harvest would respond entirely on your own domain, such as “harvest.yourdomain.com”. This currently isn’t supported by Harvest, but we plan to add support for this in the future.

If you have any questions please feel free to email support@harvestapp.com for more info.

Best,
Warwick

RE: Bug Reports IN: Help!

Hi. The best method submitting a bug report is to send as much detail as you have to our Support team at support@harvestapp.com.

From your Harvest account, you can also contact the Support team clicking on Help → Contact support.

Thanks for letting us know of any problems you are having.

RE: API Throttle Limit and 502 errors IN: API and Developers

Hi Jim

This is a known bug we are currently working through in our application server software. Under some circumstances an HTTP 502 is delivered in place of an HTTP 503. We’ll squash it soon and I’ll let you know here as soon as it’s fixed.

Thanks,
Warwick
