It seems daft that I can add a new client from the invoice page, but not from the estimate page!

I often have to create a quick quote for a potential new client, and it would be ideal to be able to quickly just type in a name, so that I can do this.

Big old Christmas please on this one!

So, I have been using Harvest for ages now. Love it!

Two things that would be ultra useful to me are

1. Notes for clients:
I would love to have a small notes pane where I could add very simple text notes for any given client. At the moment I have to rely on other software which in turn duplicates my database. I have looked at basecamp / highrise, but it is just overcomplicating things for a simple 2 line note. I would rather just have it in harvest.

2. Quick client entry in estimates
I regularly have to create very quick estimates but find it frustrating that I have to add a client before I can do this. I have just seen that it is possible in the invoice creation stage to add a ‘new client’, but it would be great if I could do this with estimates too. Pleeeeeeese!!

Thanks for all the hard work people! I think that you are doing a great job on harvest, and I am particularly loving all of the new visual enhancements, from the new invoice layouts to the subtle backend enhancements.
