Who can see rates?
I want to use the rates in Harvest, but I don’t necessarily want everyone to see the rates associated with clients, projects, and tasks. And it’s not clear to me who can see what information.
Can someone clarify who can see what and where related to rates?

In contrast, administrators can see everything and regular users can only see their own time and expenses for projects that they are assigned to.
