Multiple Harvest Accounts
Hi all,
I love Harvest! I love it so much that I often recommend it to the clients that I work with as a freelancer to manage their staff. I’d like for them to be able to see my hours on their projects from within their new Harvest accounts. I can track my hours on their accounts for their projects, but this is just a little inefficient from my perspective and makes it harder to manage my invoices.
Is there anyway to share certain project information between accounts? Import and export specific project time/ rate data?
Any suggestions in how I can spread the Harvest word without loosing the efficiency I love across multiple projects?

Hi @cww- You can export data to excel or CSV from your Harvest account and send it other people, but I think you’re looking for a way to send information directly between Harvest accounts, and that’s something we currently don’t have. This is already on our feature request list, so I’ll add your name to the list of people who’ve asked that we support sending information between Harvest accounts. Thanks for your feedback!
I second this request. Integrating accounts would be wonderful. I currently do this in Freshbooks and it’s seamless. Including different rates for what I pay contractors and what I charge clients, in some cases. This is a must if I’m going to switch!

+1 for notification, please. Several of my colleagues and sub-contractors are also using Harvest now (you’re welcome!) and I’d love to be able to “share” projects if possible, as well as – and perhaps more importantly, be able to have them submit invoices and time sheets seamlessly from their account to mine. If I add one of them as one of my “people” it should ties into their existing Harvest account when I assign them to projects, tasks, etc, and their invoices to me should tie into my own Harvest account (perhaps getting recorded as an expense?)
