Estimates for Project Managers

I like the new permissions for Project Managers including the ability to create invoices and projects. It does not appear that PM’s have access to Estimates. Estimates, budget tracking and invoicing are so closely related that a PM should be able to interact with all three at the same permission level.

Please advise as to whether PM’s can create and access estimates.
