Emailing Invoices to Staff as well as Client
Hi Folks,
For every invoice I create, I want to send a copy to the client, myself, and an accounting staff member. When invoicing, the choices are to email the invoice to myself and the contacts I’ve entered for that client. Is there a way to add one of my staff members to that list (without adding them as a contact to every client)?
If not, I’d settle for being able to choose to email it to her instead of me. I can’t find any place to change the email address to hers instead of mine (while still keeping my email address as the primary for any Harvest emails and still having the invoice go out under my email address)?

I’ll second this request. In fact, it would be very helpful to be able to send groups of invoices to an email address in a batch. We actually use harvest to organize our invoices but the “real” invoices are created by accounting in a totally different system that we can’t access. Being able to send ALL the invoices to an accounting email address without adding that address to every client as Sandy has described would be very useful.
As you’ve described, the workaround for this is to add your accountant as a contact for your client. Sorry I don’t have better news!
