Cannot Edit or Delete Time Entry
I started a timer and left it running for 20 hours and I cannot find a way to edit or delete the time entry.
Reports – Time – Task – there is a task with a blue underlined number of hours. After clicking on the hours I get a detailed time report.
I want to edit or delete a time entry but there is no way to do it.
Any suggestions on how to fix it?
If you go to Timesheets > Time and then go to the individual entry on the date that it was entered, you should be able to delete it there. If you’re still having trouble, give us a shout at support@getharvest.com and we can have a closer look.
