Can't attach PDF receipt - get error about it is corrupt
Hello,
For the past two months, whenever I try to attach a copy of my AT&T bill (in PDF format), Harvest tells me:
Unable to attach ‘ATT_2011_11_24.pdf’
file is corrupt or has an incorrect extension
The file is perfectly fine – I can view it – and I’ve tried renaming it to see what about the “extension” is incorrect.
My guess is Harvest can’t interpret the file correctly, and perhaps AT&T has recently changed to a newer version of the PDF standard?
I would be happy to send you one of the files it won’t let me attach so you can determine what the problem is. Just let me know how….
