"All time" detailed time report range?
When generating a detailed time report for a client, is it possible to set a date range of “all time”? I thought maybe if I put in a start date from before I was using Harvest (i.e., 1/1/200) and today as the end date, that would work, but instead I get nothing at all.
Jordan: you should be able to get a report for all time by doing what you describe — I’m curious as to why you’re not getting a full report. If it still isn’t working, could you drop us a line at support@harvestapp.com so we can suss out what’s going on?
