Default Service Rates
I use the Service category to track my labor. However, I have different labor rates for different clients. I would like an option to set the default Service (labor) rate per client. This way, I won’t have to keep track of how much I charge each customer in a different sheet. When I create an invoice for Customer-A, it automatically uses an hourly rate of $45. If I create an invoice for Customer-B it uses $80 per hour. Of course, I would like to be able to change that rate on a given invoice, if necessary.

+1 for this. Would help a lot to be able to save as a setting rather than enter the different rates manually each time.

This would save a lot of time. We have many retainer like deals which gives the client a lower price/hour but gives us a guarantee of a minimum amount of hours bought for 1 year. This is no problem with one or two deals but gets tedious with 10 or 20. Having the option to customize rates per client would be great!
(+1) for me too. I’d also love to be able to store some comments and/or history for each client. I want to be able to see the current rate we are charging them, plus a historical record of rate increases.
